FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders of $75 or more! (Free UPS Ground shipping offer available only in the contiguous 48 states. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Please see below for additional exclusions.)

Cambridge SoundWorks uses UPS exclusively for all products, and we offer special low rates on UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states.

Cambridge SoundWorks offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Click here to see our complete Return Policy.

Please note that we can only automatically ship complete orders. If one or more of the items you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail, and we will be unable to ship your order until all items are in stock.

For faster delivery, we offer two-day (UPS Blue) and overnight (UPS Red) shipping on most products for additional fees. Please call 1-800-FOR-HIFI to arrange faster shipping.

Where We Ship
Cambridge SoundWorks ships anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we have the following shipping restrictions:

• Due to the high cost of Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we are not able to offer free ground shipping to these locations.
• We do not ship to Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territories.
• We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
• Heavy and oversized items are restricted to the continental United States only.
• Additional expenses may be incurred for deliveries to extremely remote locations (i.e. islands, mountain tops).

Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of your order. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take slightly longer. When your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via e-mail. To arrange faster delivery for a fee, call us at 1-800-FOR-HIFI .

Return Shipping
Be sure to save all boxes and packing materials in case you need to return your equipment. A restocking fee of 15% may apply if you do not have original packing materials.The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
