Cambridge SoundWorks Return Policy:
Cambridge SoundWorks offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products* you buy from us. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cambridge SoundWorks will process your return within 10-14 business days from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number.

To return a piece of equipment:
- The product must be in new condition and packed correctly and completely for a full refund (Original shipping cost is NOT refunded).
- Cambridge SoundWorks will not accept any item without an
RMA number.
- Call 1-800-FOR-HIFI and request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.**
- Your RMA Number is only valid for 30 days. If you purchase is not returned within 30-days after receiving your RMA number you will need to contact us. We will then issue you a new RMA number.
- Please be sure to include a return address as well as a phone
number
- Repackage the items in the original boxes and include all items
that came in the boxes (remotes, cables, manuals etc.). Don't
forget to remove all CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc., if necessary.
- Returned products must be unmarred, in new condition, with all accessories, original packing, manuals, remote controls and brand warranty cards, or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All MP3 Players can be returned for defective exchange only within 30 days of original purchase.
- Please retain the tracking number as a record of your return.
We assume no responsibility for the item until we have received
and signed for the item at our warehouse. Cambridge SoundWorks
will not accept any item without an RMA number.
- Please note that the processing of refunds takes 10-14 business
days from the day we receive the returned items at our warehouse.

Return Policy Guidelines
30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on merchandise that does not include the original box, packaging materials, content, accessories such as remote controls and/or applicable cables or for any product that is not in “like new” condition.
Defective and/or Damaged Product
Defective and/or damaged product will be replaced with the same product only within the 30-day Return Period.
Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (i.e.CDs) from any returned products. Cambridge SoundWorks is not responsible for any personal items left on or in your returned merchandise.
