We can not ship
outside the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and
Hawaii orders will ship UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air. We
do not ship ground to these states.
We can not ship
to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
All web orders take 1-3
business days to process through our system, regardless
of shipping method. All orders go through a verification
process. To avoid delays in shipping, please be sure to
provide your billing phone number when placing your order.
You may be contacted either via phone or email to confirm
your order.
If you provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation
email when the order is placed as well as an email with
tracking information when your order ships. Tracking numbers
may take up to twelve hours to be active in the UPS database.
Back-Orders
All ship dates on backordered items are estimated. You will
receive an email with estimated arrival times on any backordered
item. Please note that all orders must ship complete. If you
wish to order something on backorder along with an in stock
item, please call 1-800-FOR HIFI and one of our representatives
will take the order for you. While we make every effort to
keep our web site up to date regarding stock levels, it is
not always possible. If you place an order and an item goes
on backorder you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
