Your bank cannot hold you accountable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges as dictated by the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your bank does hold you responsible for any of the $50.00, Cambridge SoundWorks will cover the full liability. Please note that we will only cover this liability if the unauthorized charge to your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from a purchase at Cambridge SoundWorks. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with the rules and procedures.
