Cambridge SoundWorks Launches Home Solutions, Free In-Home Consultation Program
Offers Consumers One Stop Shopping for all their Home Entertainment Needs

ANDOVER, MA, May 20, 2003 - For consumers looking for hands-on expert advice on audio/video products, there's good news. Cambridge SoundWorks® today introduced Home Solutions, a FREE in-home consultation program. Customers who visit Cambridge SoundWorks' retail locations throughout New England and the San Francisco Bay Area can schedule an appointment with audio experts (Solutions Advisors) who will visit their home and, at no charge, help them select the right products for their needs, space and budget. Cambridge SoundWorks, a manufacturer and retailer of home-theater, home-audio and multimedia products, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Creative Technology Ltd (Nasdaq: CREAF).

Beginning today a customer can schedule an appointment with a Solutions Advisor by visiting a retail store or by calling 1-800-NEW-HIFI (1-800-639-4434). Solutions Advisors will meet with customers in their home, at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. Advisors will help customers select audio/video products based on their individual requirements, and if they choose to purchase, can design a home entertainment system specifically suited for them. As part of its full service program, customers can also schedule appointments to have their system installed with Cambridge SoundWorks' Custom Install team, a group of audio/video installer experts.
